Lower Class Neighborhoods
Lower Class Neighborhoods represent the small underdeveloped villages and areas of big cities that have been forgotten. Most Hawaiians would like to believe these areas do not exist, and for the most part they are well hidden lumps of excrement in an otherwise flawless paradise.

Businesses |
Businesses are a very tricky thing, especially in the World of Darkness; and even more difficult if the owner/operator is a Kindred who is supposed to not exist to the world. There are several steps that must be followed in order for an individual to create a business in Dark Realms RPG that will allow them to gain a permanent monthly expense bonus.
A Character may only own as many Businesses equal to their Permanent Willpower regardless of the size of the Businesses.
