| As usual very little happens on our little slice of the island that's interesting. This new group of kindred is by far the most boring and unentertaining group of Kindred I've ever come across. But...I digress.
Court was something interesting. Or rather...uninteresting. I wasted a perfectly beautiful dress for what seems like nothing. Just a few Ventrue preening and throwing around their pedigree as if we were at a dog show. While some of the Ventrue are interesting conversationalists, overall I find the clan to be bland and not as exciting as other Ventrue I've met in the past. *yawn*
Needless to say, acknowledgements were given and all that boring blah blah blah. The fabric of my dress was far more interesting than that portion of Court. It's actually very fabulous fabric, enchanting even.
The naming of a Keeper seemed to have sparked mixed reactions among the silence. Oh darlings your facial expressions speak volumes beyond what your lips don't say! Remy Delacroix was a very...unexpected choice for a Keeper. I would have thought he'd be named Sheriff or something far more suited to his contributions to the island. But alas, our great and powerful Prince has spoken! I can't wait to see how well the lunatic runs our sanctuary.
Will the Primogen please stand up? Oh...forgive me...there are none! Ha! Here you all were thinking a council would be named and status would be given. How very wrong you all were! You should all be afraid of the fact that her Grace is taking council from her clan members, all Tremere in the city now have a big say in what happens on the islands! Oh and then there's moi of course, I cannot divulge my plans to you all, what fun would that be?
Overall I give the experience of court a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. It was rather dull and boring, held little to be desired and quite frankly wasted an hour and a half of my time and a perfectly good dress. Prince Roy...perhaps you should offer party favors next time, something to keep everyone entertained whilst boring them with a flakey court service.
