| As you all know, I am the new Keeper of Elysium, I apologize that this has taken so long to be announced but I have been involved in other engagements and am only just getting around to this now.
Anyway, in light of the events that happened a few weeks ago, I will be enforcing a few but basic set of rules for Elysium.
Rules of Elysium
1. No use of Disciplines inside of Elysium, which is the moment when you enter that door.
2. No fighting, physical conflicts, or damage to any forms of artwork, including defacing said artwork, within the boundaries of Elysium.
3. Anyone not recognized or given permission to enter Elysium by myself or Prince Roy shall be the sole responsibility of the person bringing them into Elysium. Permission should be bestowed by written and/or, eventually, electronic confirmation. This includes any individuals that follow you to an Elysium for any reason so, please, be careful.
The above rules will be enforced by whatever means are necessary to maintain them, including physical violence and the stripping of status. All of the above rules are subject to the Prince's will and can be altered by her or myself at any time. Should you all act live civilized creatures of the night, then the rules may lighten up a little bit, but until a time myself or Her Grace sees fit, this is what is imposed for now.
What To Do In Case Of An Emergency
In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of whatever individual is in authority at the time. The chain of command will go in the following order; Prince, Seneschal, Sheriff, Keeper of Elysium, Prince's Assistant, Assistant Keepers, Deputies.
If in doubt of what actions to take, or you have special skills which may be useful at a given instant, please get in contact with one of the above individuals with your questions.
But needless to say, I hope you all have a peaceful time in Elysium can enjoy the night. Also, above all, stay safe. We have lost too many over the years that I'd hate to see another's unlife end so soon.
